Ability to implement engaging learning activities using BCs curriculum
Successful TTOC experience in a variety of grade levels and subject areas
Strong interpersonal skills and strengths working within a team environment
Excellent classroom management skills and proven ability to engage all learners
Commitment to collaboratively designing school and classroom learning environments
Successful experience integrating socio-emotional learning and self-regulated learning
Demonstrated understanding of indigenous cultures and experience, integrating First Peoples of Principles Learning into teaching practice
Experience in facilitating outdoor learning experiences
Exemplary use of formative assessment strategies that engage learners and deepen learning
Proven professional learning inquiry experience that informs professional practice
Commitment and expertise in building relationships with parents and community
Excellent ability to differentiate for all learners and co-plan for diversity and engagement
