Our client is seeking an Intermediate Change Management Lead (PROSCI/ACMP) to develop change management plans, strategies and assessments for SAP projects within the public sector.

This is a Remote opportunity.


Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management leadership role and in internal and external communications, public relations, journalism or related role
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification, or ACMP certification
  • Experience working on SAP Projects
  • Experience creating impact assessments, building change networks, conducting ADKAR assessments, measuring change readiness, and building and executing associated plans
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Journalism or English Literature); or diploma/degree in Creative Communications / Marketing / Public Relations, Business
  • Superior writing, editing and proof-reading skills for a variety of mediums i.e., scripts, web, articles, advertising, surveys, etc.
  • Proficiency in creating change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholders' engagement plans
  • Demonstrated experience in guiding organizations through significant transitions.


Nice to Haves:

  • Preferred experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator
