1 Senior and 2 Intermediate Embedded Software Developers to create software for the mining industry

S.i. System's client is looking for 1 Senior and 2 Intermediate Embedded Software Developers to create software for the mining industry.

Permanent role located in Vancouver, BC. The position is hybrid but the expectation to go on site is not high although that is always subject to change. Focus is on embedded development but will consider full stack developers.

MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience for the senior position and 3+ for the intermediate role
• Experience with C/C++ and embedded software development.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux environments, containerization technologies like Docker, and networking principles.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.
• Proficient in state management libraries (e.g., Redux), RESTful API design and consumption, and backend development languages.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Proficiency in bash scripting and additional web development tools (Webpack, Node.js).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD workflows, using tools like Jenkins.
• Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies expertise.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
