Duration: 6 months

Location: Onsite - Downtown Toronto


Supporting our internal clients, your responsibilities will include providing photocopying, binding services, and other special client-related projects. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills who has a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and a basic understanding of time management.


Must Have Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in office services
  • Experience with xerox machine, copier and printer
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be familiar with Outlook and Teams


Nice To Have Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a Professional Services Firm preferred
  • High school diploma required, or 3+ years related experience in a printing/office services environment.


Deliverables :

  • Operating Xerox Copier equipment and software.
  • Utilizing equipment required for copying and binding projects.
  • Organizing the workload of various jobs simultaneously (reports, proposals, presentations, and course materials) to produce quality output and meet client deadlines.
  • Receiving, reviewing, and proofreading graphic presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Copying and binding various client documents using specialized equipment within the Centre.
  • Responding to customer inquiries on all jobs submitted to the Centre via PremierOffice and providing the client with status reports on any jobs that might be delayed.
  • Checking all incoming/outgoing jobs for accuracy and quality.
  • Maintaining an inventory of binding and copier supplies (i.e. cerlox spines, covers, paper, toner) to ensure all necessary supplies are available in the department.
  • Making service calls for all copiers and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Assisting other areas in Office Services when required.
  • Photocopying and scanning documents as required.
