Int. Project Support Analyst to be onsite in Voiseys Bay to install, repair, and maintain activities for mobile devices and radios for our Mining Client

As part of the Project Delivery function provide on-site work and support activities to successfully deploy Critical Voice Communication services and Surface LTE Connectivity in Voiseys Bay

Location: Voisey's Bay

Schedule: 2-week rotation (cross shift)

Duration: Temporary contract 1 year

Main Accountabilities

- Follow all company procedures and protocols.

- Conduct on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities for push-to-talk, mobile devices, radios, and technology infrastructure components.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.

- Perform tests and evaluations on both software and hardware.

- Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.

Experience & Educational Requirements

- Undergraduate degree

- Min years of experience 4+ years including 2+ years of working in IT or other Technology departments

- Valid Driving license

- Installation and Configuration skills of software and hardware systems in the field

- Familiarity with Windows, Android, desktops, servers, cabling, power

- Technical documentation skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals and departments.
