Int. SAP Cloud Functional Consultant (5+ years) who specializes in the Customer Service (CS) Module to support the planning for converting this module

Our Public Sector Client requires an Int. SAP Cloud Functional Consultant (5+ years)specializing in the Customer Service (CS) Module to plan conversion of module from ERP ECC 6.0 to S/4 HANA.

Initial 10 month contract, 100% remote

Planning will determine what needs to be done in the execution phase by demonstrating the gap between today's solution and the S/4 HANA environment, and detailing the enhancements and field changes that are possible and/or required.

Responsibilities to Include:

• Perform detailed demonstrations and explore the SAP S/4HANA functionality related to the CS module including focus on new best practice
• Perform configuration activities
• Capture identified gaps and document mitigations paths
• Lead the exploration of applicable Fiori tiles for CS
• Capture specific risks and issues and provide mitigation strategy
• Identify any and all new innovations available in S4/HANA for CS and articulate the strategic significance
• Provide guidance to other project members

Must Haves:

• 3+ years as am SAP Cloud Functional Specialist (supporting the maintenance and implementation of SAP Cloud solutions)
• 5 years within the last 7 years deploying ERP solutions using Customer Service (CS) Module
• 3 years within the last 5 years with configuration and writing ABAP specification for development in an S/4 HANA Environment
• 3 years within the last 5 years working for a large organization (1,000+ employees)

Nice to Haves:

• 5+ years working within a large organization configuring SAP ERP solutions within an S/4 HANA environment and writing ABAP specifications
• 10+ years experience in all phases of the systems development life cycle including documenting business requirements, systems analysis, project design, development and testing
