Position Title: Int. Technical Specialist to manage technical products used within Procurement Center of Excellence of our banking client - 63804-1

Line of business: Procurement

Duration/end date: 6 months with possible extension

Location: Hybrid (2 days in the DT Toronto Office)

Role Mandate: This group supports and manages all technical products used within Procurement Center of Excellence (COE). Their scope covers the enhancements, management, integrations and deploying of technical solutions. They are currently in the requirements gathering stage of the AirMiles program procurement process integration and deployment project.

Team Structure: They are a team of approx. 8 functional solutions designers who manage technical products and help in resolving business problems. The selected candidate will work directly with the hiring manager and support Bank’s Oracle and Coupa platforms.

Must Have Skills:

• 3 years+ of experience managing Oracle and Coupa systems configurations, administration, and troubleshooting (hands on)

• Experience building, managing, and designing technical solutions and handle technical documentation

• Experience with systems data integration technologies (API, cXML, Flat file) SAAS/Cloud solutions

• Understanding of Procurement lifecycle in a financial services industry

Nice to Have Skills:

• SAP Ariba, Ivalua
