Description
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote (EST hours), must be comfortable travelling for monthly/quarterly anchor days
Hours: 7.5 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to enhance and refine existing out-of-the-box ML and AI models, particularly for customer identity verification and call conversation summarization.
- Apply advanced machine learning techniques using Google GCP, Vertex AI, BigQuery, and OpenAI models to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the system.
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools and technologies, such as Vertex AI and BigQuery, to design, implement, and optimize scalable AI and ML solutions.
Must Haves:
- Google GCP, Vertex AI, and BigQuery
- Google Gemini experience
- Python
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and AI models, particularly in the context of authentication and natural language processing (NLP) for call summarization.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in P&C insurance
