Our integrated energy client is looking for an Intermediate LMS Analyst to analyze learning data in Workday and ensure accuracy and efficiency (8834)

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years as an LMS Analyst managing learning data
• Experience with Workday Learning LMS
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or related

Responsibilities:

• Standardize data formats for learning content, reports and other information contained in the LMS
• Identify and remove duplication across courses and learning records
• Identify missing or incomplete data fields, such as incomplete user profiles, incomplete course information, or missing completion statuses
• Validate the data against reliable sources, and correct inaccuracies or add missing information
• Purge or remove irrelevant or obsolete data in the LMS
• Perform data integrity checks to identify any inconsistencies or errors in the LMS data
• Validate the LMS data against external sources, such as HR records or certification databases, to ensure data accuracy and alignment
• Reconcile the LMS data with other systems or reports to identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies
• Participate in creating a cohesive team atmosphere as well as providing support to other team members
