Our large energy client is hiring an Intermediate Project Coordinator to support multiple project teams as part of a larger program (25596)
Must Have:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator
- Experience with an Agile Project Management environment
- Experience with SharePoint
- Post Secondary education
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate initiative plans with project leads
- Support regular status reporting and progress tracking
- Create and maintain project records, reports and presentations
- Schedule meetings and events and develop associated content and materials
