Description
Our insurance client is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager responsible for the maintenance and delivery of a large internal inflight program for a short term period.
Duration: 8 months to start, possibility of conversion to FTE
Location: Mississauga (hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)
Hours: 7.25 hours/day
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of existing project plans and schedules
- Maintenance of delivery roadmap, tracking status, risks, interdependencies and actions across multiple work streams, contributing and tracking towards the overall program
- Ability to present status messaging to various stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clear reporting on risks, actions, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support change management initiatives, applying agile methodologies and ensuring smooth adaptation to evolving project requirements.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of PM experience (operational and business experience)
- Agile and change mngt experience
- Excel (Advanced, PowerPoint (Advanced), Jira, Confluence
- Insurance experience
