Our enterprise public sector client is seeking an Intermediate Scrum Master to help their teams work through epics using the Scaled Agile Framework for enterprise (SAFe) methodology and support with a new AI Team formation focusing on Emerging Technologies (Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain) - 0116401

1 year contract, possibilities of extensions. Hybrid in office - 3 days/week in office

Must Have:

• 6+ years direct hands-on experience in the agile practice as ScrumMaster working with agile practices, cloud and DevOps.
• 1+ years of experience with emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), including AI models, Generative AI/Gen AI, Machine Learning (ML), Azure AI offerings, natural language processing (NLP), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and deep learning frameworks.
• Holds Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification such as CSPO, CSD, CSP, or PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), CDAP, CLP.
• Atleast 1 project experience working on rapid prototyping and using AI or emerging technologies to improve software development practices or activities within the SDLC
• Holds Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification like SAFe Practitioner, or commitment to take the course and obtain certification within 2 months from commencement of work.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) majors

Responsibilities:

• Scrum Master delivers projects of varying complexity and size and for ensuring support of the production applications meet the expected service levels of our customers.
• Will guide and coach product owners and development teams through story development, iterations, retrospectives, product backlog management and decision making.
• Scrum Master will use specialist knowledge of agile and scrum to help teams deliver and continuously improve their product quality, velocity of delivery and professional development.
• Scrum Master will help to remove any impediments blocking progress of product delivery
