Our client is seeking an Intermediate Technical Analyst (5+ years) specialized in Workday to support integrations, manage incidents, and build out reporting requests and dashboards within Workday (Hybrid, Offices Across Canada).
Responsibilities
- Managing incidents or requests that arise
- Workday configuration
- Report / Dashboard creation
- Supporting third-party applications
Must Have
- 5+ years as a Technical Analyst
- Experience supporting Workday integrations
- Building reports and dashboards in Workday
- Managing incidents through Service Now
- Active Directory
- Agile
