Description
Our client is seeking a Intermediate Total Rewards Specialist with a focus in Compensation to assist in the build out of frameworks for jobs and pay.
Must Have:
- 4+ years experience working in Total Rewards with a focus in building out Compensation frameworks for job classification and pay grades based on performance
- Experience with Pension and Benefits
- Experience working extensively with the development of job evaluation, salary administration and policy development
- Proficiency in advanced excel such as experience building macros, compensation spreadsheets
