Description
Our client is looking for a Intermediate Training Coordinator to manage all aspects of training delivery for the ERP project.- 20621
11 months contract, possibility of extension
Preferably 2 days in office in Greater Vancouver.
Will consider remote with visit one of the office locations once or twice a month in Greater Vancouver
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience with planning, booking and scheduling multiple events and attendees
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - especially Outlook and Excel
- Extreme attention to detail

- Experience developing and delivering reports
Manage all aspects of training delivery for the SSAP project.
- Maintain all room bookings (including external facilities as needed).
- Work with regional admins to order catering for all sessions.
- Ensure Training Team has access to applicable BC Hydro locations.
- Secure equipment
- Prepare and test training laptop and/or tablet fleet.
- Ship fleet to appropriate locations.
- Develop and manage training schedules.
- Maintain the Training Calendar.
- Determine training registration mechanism.
- Prepare and send training appointments to end users (trainees) via the Training account.
- Monitor the acceptance and rejection of appointments.
- Prepare and send reminders and course prerequisite links to end users prior to training.
- Report on schedule compliance
- Maintain master logistics sheet containing all sessions, locations and attendees.
- Create sign-in / attendance mechanism for all sessions.
- Compile classroom/virtual attendance records.
- Monitor and measure the success of the training roll out.
- Monitory and compile training completions and evaluation results.
- Support the production and distribution of training materials.
- Prepare and organize materials.
- Send materials to print (RICOH), if required.
- Work with Training Team to adjust/print training binders, as needed.
- Ship end user training binders and other supplies to applicable regions.
- Review materials for consistency, as needed.
- Maintain the Training site - upload electronic version of materials and online calendar.
- Help coordinate Trainer travel arrangements to support training sessions delivery.
- Support Communications team
- Schedule and help organize communications events with business stakeholders
- Assist in developing, maintaining and publishing/sending communications materials such as emails, slides, posters, and internal websites
- Monitor project mailbox
