Description
Jr. Financial Analyst with an Accounting background and experience implementing projects, user testing, and data mining and Excel skills.
Key Skills Required:
· Accounting designation (CGA/CA/CMA)
· 5 years’ experience in an Accounting/Finance environment,
· Strong analytical skills including manipulating large volumes of data
· Advanced Excel skills with experience in building/ improving finance automation
The ideal candidate will also have skill with:
- MicroStrategy, SAP or Alteryx
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- coordination, preparation and delivery of financial reporting and analysis.
- preparation of journal entries and maintenance of accounting records.
- coordination of month end close activity.
- timely completion of complex account analysis and reconciliations.
- preparing operating expense variance analysis
- maintaining appropriate controls for financial reporting.
