Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Junior Bilingual CRM (Salesforce) Developer to design, configure and modify objects and fields in Salesforce to support the digital transformation project.

Project Description:

Promote the Salesforce CRM platform by supporting existing clients and ability to add, as required, new clients to the system, and collaborate with enterprise application services to ensure best practices are shared, and overall Departmental objectives and priorities for Digital Transformation are met.

Must Haves: (Junior)

• Salesforce Developer (6+ months)
• Salesforce Development in a defence, or security or intelligence environment (6+ months)
• Valid Salesforce administrator certification
• Secret Clearance
• Degree or Diploma, or Certificate in IT field.

Responsibilities:

• Triage, analyze, follow-up and complete user-initiated support tickets for bugs and assistance.
• Design, create, configure and modify objects and fields in Salesforce.
• Create and modify screens and reports in Salesforce.
• Develop, test and implement system updates.
• Produce forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for applications.
• Produce training material in English and French and deliver training to users also in English and French.
