Our client is looking for a Junior Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 support related to the installation and configuration of laboratory instruments in Fort McMurray
Must Have:
- 5+ years experience with providing Application support related to installation and configuration of laboratory instruments
- Experience with writing application support documentation
- Understanding of TCP/IP and Networking concepts including the Purdue Model would be an asset
- Familiar with Windows 11 OS
