Description
Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a PLM System Analyst to complete configuration and troubleshooting using PTC Windchill on military programs.
Project Description:
To support the configuration and optimization of various navy ships within the military.
Must Haves:
- PLM System Analyst (3+ years)
- PTC Windchill configuration (3+ years)
Responsibilities:
- Complete system analysis, configuring and troubleshooting using PTC Windchill
- Installation, configuration, and upgrades of Windchill software, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date.
- Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions; configuring system settings and ensuring optimal performance.
- Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions to improve user proficiency.
- Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to gather requirements and ensure that the system meets their needs.
- Creating and maintaining system documentation, including user guides, process documentation, and technical specifications.
