Principal Full Stack Developer (NextJS/Kotlin)

Our Tier 1 Banking Client is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer (NextJS/Kotlin) to support an AWS migration.

• Design and implement complex, scalable full-stack applications using Next.js and Kotlin.
• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack features using Next.js on the frontend and Kotlin on the backend.
• Lead engineering efforts across the frontend and backend, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure high code quality through automated testing and monitoring.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver robust and user-friendly web applications.
• Participate in technical planning, sprint grooming, and code reviews.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
• Contribute to improving development workflows, tooling, and team best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or production issues as they arise.

This role is hybrid - x3/week required on-site
