Our utilities client is seeking a Program Analyst & Deployment Support Coordinator for their multi-year AMI program


Initial contract goes till the end of 2025. Possibilities of extensions. 37.5~40 hours/week. On-site work required time to time in the Lower Mainland or Kelowna (depending on which office the successful candidate resides closer to)


Must Have:

  • 5+ years Project/Program Administration or Coordination
  • Reporting and Analysis; develop dashboards, identifying trends and helping to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in managing logistics, ensuring materials and resources are in the right place at the right time; must be comfortable with organizing shipments and tracking materials


Nice to Have:

  • Working in Field Deployment Environments


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contractor Support: Assist the Contracts Manager in requesting, collecting, and verifying necessary materials and information from deployment contractors, like insurance certificates and equipment data.
  • Process Documentation: Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to finalize and document clear, actionable processes for supervisors and deployment teams. This includes creating process documents and job aids to ensure consistency in operations.
  • Meter List Analysis: Regularly analyze meter lists, identifying expired meters and tracking their deployment status to ensure all meters are captured by the contractors in the field.
  • Mapping & Logistics: Ensure that materials are deployed according to schedule. Analyze field reports to predict contractor movements and prepare necessary resources.
  • Trend Analysis & Reporting: Review and analyze reports and dashboards to identify trends, performance indicators, and areas for improvement within the deployment program.
  • Logistics Coordination: Support the logistics of meter exchanges, including coordinating materials shipments, ensuring contractors have the required resources for each deployment phase, and organizing physical materials as necessary.
  • Vendor Relations: Work with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth deployment and accurate data collection, acting as a liaison for any logistical or informational needs.
