Sales Support representative to work on-site with its Business Development team

Our valued client is looking for a Sales Support representative to work on-site with its Business Development team.

This is a full-tie, on-site role in Plantagenet, ON.

Tasks include:

• Be the tech matchmaker. Help sales teams connect the right devices, software, and services to customers’ unique challenges
• Work in tandem with Business Development/Sales Representatives to ensure accurate communication about product lines and delivery
• Join real-world discovery calls with customers, build solution proposals, and help create demos
• Support team in conducting demonstrations to existing and prospective clients
• Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring that leads are properly qualified according to delivery expectations prior to commitment
• Get hands-on with cutting-edge gear-tablets, rugged phones, printers, and more from big names like Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Samsung, Apple and more.
• Learn Mobile Device Management (MDM)-tools like SOTI, Intune, and 42Gears that power device control at scale.
• Support the full device lifecycle-from setup and shipping to support and recycling.
• Supporting RFPs, lead qualification, CRM management, and pipeline reporting
• Travel occasionally to meet clients and show off your growing expertise

Must have:

• Ability to work on-site in Plantagenet, ON
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and eager to explore CRM tools

Nice to have:

• Bilingualism (French/English) is a bonus
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
