Description
Our Banking Client is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to support PMO team and manage application development projects.
100% Remote, PST Hours.
Must Have:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering software technology initiatives within Financial industry
- Experience managing 2-3 projects simultaneously within Agile environment
- PMP designation or similar
- Experience with Change Management and 3rd Party Vendor Management
- Experience with Scrum Process Facilitation serving as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, ensuring that Scrum practices are understood and followed. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Nice to Have:
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) , ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) designation
- PgMP designation or similar
- Lean Six Sigma certification / training
- Prosci or similar Organizational Change Management training
