Our Public Sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analysis Design and Implementation Lead to support with end-to-end future state business design and implement the benefit analysis for a business transformation program. 0116576

12 months contract, 2 days/month in office and as needed basis.

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst supporting end to end Business transformation project/program within Public sector
• Experience with translating vision and strategy into future state design that will achieve benefits and target outcomes
• Experience with analyzing vast, unstructured data, organize it effectively, and derive insights to support informed decision-making.
• Work with operations and benefits and measurement team to design metrics, KPIs, and reporting that will measure effectiveness of business design to ensure benefits will be realized.
• Lead implementation of business design with business operations and transition team to ensure that outcomes are achieve and make adjustments as required.
• Lead development of approaches, plans, templates, etc. to ensure required deliverables will be achieved; manage risks, issues, etc.; and report on progress towards outcome.
