Senior Business Analyst to maintain Financial Master Data in SAP ECC6 and S/4 HANA for our Oil and Gas Client (Req 00009735)

Our Oil and Gas client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to maintain Financial Master Data in SAP ECC6 and S/4 HANA

Candidates must be local to Calgary. Candidates must be willing to be on-site 4 days a week in the office

Must haves

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with a focus on the Oil & Gas industry
• 3+ years of experience with SAP (Managing SAP Financial Master Data and querying related backend tables)
• Experience with SAP Business Warehouse (BW/BOBJ), PowerBI, SAP Group Reporting and Winshuttle (or similar upload tools)
• Experience as a systems analysis and/or business process improvement

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Financial Master Data in SAP ECC6 and S/4 HANA Central Finance systems:
• Maintain cost centers, cost elements, joint venture master data, general ledger accounts, hierarchies, legal entities, profit centers, sets etc. in multiple SAP systems.
• Master Data and Enterprise Structure Management in Group Reporting.
• Conduct Finance Master Data business risk analysis by evaluating requests for changes and determining the potential impact and consequences of requested changes
• Provide Finance Master Data subject matter expertise in support of all business process changes
• Consistently adhere to approval matrices and SOX controls.
