Our valued public sector client is hiring two Senior Business Analysts to map business processes to provisioning services on an ITSM project.

Background:

The organization is in a tools agnostic state. They are in the process of revamping their ITSM processes and will need help in the following areas of focus; service catalogue rationalization, IT Service pipeline, and provisioning services.

Tasks:

• Map new business processes for provisioning services.
• Provide expert knowledge and develop documentation statements of requirements for ITSM project.
• Support the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) data collection and analysis of business requirements.
• Track project updates using Azure DevOps.
• Analyze technologies for accessibility in accordance with the Government of Canada Guideline on Making Information Technology Usable by All.

Must Haves:

• Business Analyst - 10+ years
• ITSM - 5+ years
• Secret Clearance

Nice to Have:

• Azure DevOps - 2+ years
• ITIL Certification
