Description
Our legal client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a new LMS implementation.
Initial period will be for 8 weeks based on a 7.0 hour standard day. There is a possibility of extension.
Must Have:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on LMS implementation
- Functional Analysis and Process Mapping
Scope of Work:
Business Analyst will support a project to advance our training and onboarding program for new lawyers. Our Lawyer Support group is seeking to implement an LMS to manage this work and provide opportunities for improvement on delivery of this training. The initial work on this project will be around requirements gathering, performing a market scan of possible solutions and providing appropriate information for the business to move forward with a decision. Lawyers currently interact with internal systems through a Microsoft powered web portal and that ecosystem would also need to be considered.
