Description
Our public sector client requires an Enhanced Reliability Cleared Senior Business Analyst to support the modernization projects as well as the maintenance of its legacy systems in the public sector.
Responsibilites:
a. Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, and application subsystems.
b. Perform business analysis of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
c. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
d. Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
e. Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives.
f. Establish acceptance test criteria with client.
g. Identify problems and write improved procedures.
h. Ensure all documentation accurately reflects the current status of changes and outstanding issues so that business requirements are reflected in application features and functions.
i. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Must Have:
- Experience facilitating Joint Application Development sessions with Business and IT Stakeholders
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology related initiatives
- Experience with the implementation or enhancement to a Grants and Contributions management system
- Government experience
