Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Maximo Asset Management (MAS) implementations and support

Our aviation client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Maximo Asset Management (MAS) implementations and support.

Permanent, Hybrid (3 days), Richmond, BC. Looking for candidates either in BC or open to relocation.

Must-Have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 2+ years experience with Maximo (v8 or v7), preferably with Asset Management (MAS)
• Experience with Maximo BIRT reporting
• Strong experience implementing and supporting enterprise-class applications in medium to large sized organizations.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformational project of implementing MAS to replace the existing Maximo system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design system solutions
• Manage system integrations with other enterprise systems
• Provide ongoing support and ensure continuity of service for the Maximo system
