Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with SharePoint & Tree size experience to support the migration of data from existing network drives and roll out training across the enterprise.

This role requires you to be onsite at clients Airdrie office Wednesday and Thursday with the possibility of additional days when needed.

Must Haves:

• 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with strong SharePoint experience
• Must have experience with ShareGate
• Must have experience with TreeSize
• Generating reports, using Tree Sizes, to inform content clean-up and progress of onboarding activities.
• Experience facilitating workshops, completing requirements gathering sessions and deliver training to various business units

Responsibilities:

• Engaging department resources to undergo network file clean-up to inform business records that will migrate to SharePoint.
• Analyzing business area content and establishing draft information architecture.
• Providing input for project specific change management plans including content assessments and communication plans for each onboarding.
• Identifying risks or issues and recommending mitigation strategies to the Project Manager for items that will impact onboardings for the management of information assets following the implementation.
• Facilitating content reorganization sessions to prepare the business records for migration from the network drive into SharePoint.
• Liaising with Application Support Analysts (ASAs) and Information Governance team members to mitigate issues that may arise from onboarding sessions with departments.
• Supporting Application Support Analysts (ASAs) through the validation of business information throughout the migration process.
• Participate in the post-launch support for end users during the warranty period.
• Ensuring the information architecture aligns with the Corporate Information Governance Framework (CIGF).
• Work as a change champion throughout the SharePoint project to ensure the goals of the IGM Program are achieved
