Our client has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Change Management Specialist to drive the execution of OCM activities for multiple IT projects and initiatives.

6-month assignment with extension

Must Have:

• 7+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
• Experience in leading change and transformational initiatives for IT Projects
• Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Facilitation and consultative skills including ability to anticipate, analyze and advise on issues
• Experience bridging IT and the business to ensure a change perspective is integrated into all projects
• Identify stakeholders, costs and benefits of the change, the scope of a change, and specific impacts with project teams and business sponsor.
• Motivate and coach stakeholders and project teams to support project and change activities, and drive employee engagement through change activities, while working with stakeholders to understand their project or change concerns and develop solutions
• Ensure strategies and plans are aligned to business and project objectives
