Our public sector client requires a Senior Change Manager to analyze and recommend approaches for the renewal of current financial and human resources processes. The resource will communicate with the Project Director, Project Manager and other stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for analysis, approaches and recommendations.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify risks associated with proposed options, and develop/maintain risk management action plans;
  • Make observations and recommendations to optimize and align the objectives of the project or renewal with Departmental priorities.
  • Documenting stakeholder needs and conducting stakeholder analysis;
  • Developing a Stakeholder Impact Assessment for each of the options to refresh processes and systems;
  • Developing a change management and communications strategy for the project;
  • Supporting project communications to internal stakeholders;
  • Creating presentations and presenting to various stakeholders
  • Providing support for the development of the project business case, roadmap and procurement options; and
  • Conducting or participating in senior level briefings


Must have:

  • Change Management certification
  • Experience reporting to CEO, CIO, ADM or DG


Nice to have:

  • SAP experience
  • Working in a decentralized environment
