Job Description
- Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience in Software Quality Engineering
- API testing & debugging (Any RestClient & Charles exposure a must)
- Experience working in Agile development environment, ideally with distributed team.
- Sufficient exposure to sprint-by-sprint test planning, execution, & releases.
- Experience in creating, providing and reviewing Test Estimations, Project/ Sprint Planning effort.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views)
- Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Field services
- Hands on with D365 customer service
- Knowledge on Power Platform components like Power apps, Power Automate flow, Canvas Apps
- Working knowledge on D365 marketing (Customer Journeys)
- Experience with API testing in Dynamics 365 CRM, using tools like Postman, Swagger
MUST HAVES:
- Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience in Software Quality Engineering
Microsoft certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals(CRM) or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- API testing & debugging (Any RestClient & Charles exposure a must)
