Our transportation client is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to manage and oversee AI projects from inception to production, ensuring successful planning, design, implementation, and rollout.

Duration - 1 year

Location - Montreal

Work mode - Hybrid work (3 days/week in office presence are required)

Must Haves:

• 8+ years managing complex projects with a proven track record of delivering throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects, including planning, design, technical implementation, and production rollout.
• Define and integrate technical and business requirements, ensuring project artifacts and deliverables meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain a master project roadmap with timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including Product Owners, AI Program Managers, and the AI Centre of Excellence management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, track business value, and drive product delivery across business and technical teams.
• Manage project scope, execution pace, and deliverables to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Matrix-manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, manage risks, and document decisions, dependencies, and lessons learned.
• Conduct retrospectives to capture and apply lessons for continuous improvement.
