Must Have

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or lead on large system implementations involving COTS and custom applications.

Nice to Have

• 3+ years of experience working within agile frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with user-centered design.
• CBAP certification.

Description

The client is looking for Senior IT Business Analysts to support the Nuclear IT Program. The role will focus on requirements management and the implementation of new systems, both COTS and custom-built. The analyst will be embedded within projects and will contribute to delivering high-quality system solutions through detailed requirements gathering and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Document user stories and business process workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Support test planning activities and ensure requirements traceability.
• Develop technical and non-technical documentation.
• Create journey maps and capability maps.
• Assist in the design of product support models.
• Contribute to additional tasks as directed by the Nuclear IT Program.
