Senior IT Business Analyst to support the technical aspects of a Kroll implementation and roll-out across Quebec retail pharmacy locations.

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. The pharmacy group is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support the technical aspects of a Kroll implementation and roll-out across Quebec retail pharmacy locations.

Duration: 10 Month to start

Location: North York (2 day/week onsite)

Travel: Occasional travel to Quebec Required (1 visit every 1-2 months)

Responsibilities:

• Technical Decision-Making: Provide expertise and support in technical decision-making processes, working closely with project stakeholders to define future-state solutions for the Kroll implementation.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Lead requirements elicitation efforts to capture business and functional requirements, and document them clearly in deliverables such as Business/Functional Requirements, System Design Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, Use Cases, and more.
• Gap Assessment & Planning: Conduct thorough gap assessments to identify the difference between current and future states, and assist in creating actionable plans for bridging those gaps.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage technical stakeholders across a complex environment, ensuring clear communication and alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
• Vendor Management: Support technology implementations by collaborating with external vendors, ensuring successful rollouts, and driving the completion of key milestones.
• Review Boards Communication: Communicate and coordinate with review boards to ensure progress, identify risks, and align on necessary actions.

Must Have Skills:

• Senior Technical Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Technology Implementations.
• Requirements Elicitation and Documentation (Business/Functional Requirements, Use Cases, System Design Specifications, etc.).
• Gap Assessments and creating strategic plans for addressing identified gaps.
• Stakeholder Management, particularly with managing technical stakeholders in complex, large-scale projects.
• Vendor Management and supporting third-party technology implementations.
