Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Manager with a Network Architecture background to lead and mentor a team of network and systems administrators and provide technical guidance in a large enterprise environment.

Candidate must be located in Calgary, 2 days a week onsite

Must Haves:

• 10+ years' experience in IT supporting Enterprise Network environments
• 5+ years' experience as a Manager (people and technology)
• Background in Network Architecture
• Proven experience managing cloud networking (Azure preferred)
• Security/Firewall experience (Fortinet or Palo Alto)
• Familiarity with SD-Wan

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Cloud Contact Centre solutions like Five9

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment and administration of LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and cloud-based network services to ensure high availability, scalability, and security
• Oversee the implementation and optimize of cloud call center solutions such as Five9 to ensure reliable services, call routing, and seamless customer interactions
• Develop network roadmaps that align with overall infrastructure technology roadmaps
• Identify technology issues, develop required solutions, and implement improvements to enhance the network configuration
• Manage a team of 7 network resources
