Our client is seeking a Senior OCM Analyst to support cross-workstream change management activates related to an enterprise system implementation & modernization program in the oil & gas industry (Req: 8698)

Calgary candidate for 1 year contract, 4 days per week in office (downtown Calgary)

Must Have:

• 5+ years Change Management experience in enterprise environments
• Experience with large scale system implementations or modernizations
• Change Management Certification (Prosci, CCMP etc.)
• Post secondary degree or diploma in Business or related field

Nice to Have:

• Oil & Gas Experience
• SAP S/4Hana Experience

Responsibilities:

• Work within the HR Workstream alongside the OCM Lead to help develop and execute the change management plan and deliverables and contribute to program-level (cross-workstream)
• Support stakeholder and change impact identification, analysis and assessments, Identify business readiness activities, skills, competencies and training required in the future state, and Identify risks and mitigations from a people perspective
