Our client is seeking a Senior OCM to develop, lead, and rollout Change & Communication strategy for an enterprise IT vendor transformation program.

Please note this role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week at the Calgary office with occasional travel to Edmonton

Must Haves:

  • 10+ years' experience as a Organizational Change Manager
  • Develop, lead and rollout change strategy plan across a large enterprise
  • Experience creating and rolling out communication plan
  • Experience successfully implementing the PROSCI methodology or similar change management frameworks.


Nice to Have:

  • Prosci certification


Responsibilities:

  • Change Strategy Development: Design and implement a change management strategy that supports the organization in successfully transitioning to new IT systems and processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with project objectives and managing expectations throughout the transformation.
  • Impact Analysis: Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation strategies to identify and address potential challenges during the transition.
  • Communication Planning: Develop and execute communication plans that inform and engage impacted employees, ensuring consistent and transparent messaging.
  • Training & Support: Collaborate with training teams to ensure the development and delivery of training programs that equip staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to adopt new systems and processes.
  • Adoption, Sustainability and Reinforcement: Develop and monitor strategies for the successful adoption of new processes, ensuring reinforcement mechanisms are in place to drive long-term sustainability, including tracking and reporting on KPIs to ensure lasting change.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance to internal change agents and teams to build change management capabilities within the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the transformation journey and adapt change strategies as necessary.
