Our large energy utilities client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong Change Management background to support an operational excellence Initiative focused on maturing asset management practices.
Must Haves:
- 8 + years of Project Management experience in an asset-intensive industry (energy, utilities, oil & gas, or manufacturing).
- Experience developing and executing change management strategies for large-scale asset management transformations.
- Experience in operational excellence initiatives - improving processes and driving efficiency in asset management.
- Strong understanding of Asset Strategy & Planning, Asset Performance & Reliability , Maintenance & Work Management, Project Execution.
- Strong knowledge of: MS Projects, and SAP.
