Senior Project Manager

Our Tier 1 Banking Client is seeking a seasoned Senior project Manager with expertise in end-to-end project management and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver complex cloud migration projects from legacy environments to the cloud
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, timelines, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
• Collaborate with cloud architects, infrastructure teams, security, and application owners to coordinate migration activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of all project phases (assessment, planning, migration, validation, and optimization).
• Track progress against milestones, manage change control, and resolve issues that may impact delivery.
• Monitor and report project status to executive stakeholders, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, IT governance, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, external partners, and internal teams to support project execution.
• Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices post-migration.
