Senior QA Lead to manage and perform all testing activities and oversee the quality control process for an Order-to-Cash implementation.

Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior QA Lead to oversee the quality control process and perform and manage testing activities for an Order-to-Cash project.

The QA Lead will play a crucial role in facilitating effective Testing strategies for this large organizational transformation. This is a multi-year program that will involve multiple phases and testing, and your role is pivotal in shaping successful testing and environment management.

1-year assignment with extensions.

Must Have:

• 8+ years as a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead
• Ability to manage complex projects and balance scope, schedule, and testing priorities
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes
• Experience testing software applications across multiple platforms and operating systems
• Proficiency in test management tools such as DevOps
• Experience with SaaS Solutions and Oracle
• Experience with manual and automated testing approaches and tools
• Familiarity with testing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps
• Understanding of order-to-cash process
• Familiar with different types of tests, such as unit testing, integration testing, acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the project team to establish project timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations.

· Developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies within the organization

· Defining test strategies, plans, and scenarios based on the requirements gathered from project stakeholders.

· Monitor and track the team’s progress daily and provide regular status reports to the stakeholders.

· Reviewing and analyzing technical requirements, test plans, and test cases for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

· Conducting QA audits to identify areas for improvement and apply corrective measures.
