Our manufacturing client is looking for a Senior SAP EDI Business Analyst to support an SAP EDI optimization and modernization project.

Location: Oakville

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite required)

Start Date: May 2025

Contract Duration: 8 months

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and design tailored SAP EDI solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, test, and implement efficient SAP EDI solutions, with a strong focus on mapping, comparison, and testing.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot EDI-related issues.
• Document procedures, workflows, and SAP EDI configurations.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
• Ensure compliance with corporate data and security policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to EDI processes.
• Report regularly on the performance and efficiency of SAP EDI solutions.

Must Haves:

• 3-5 years of hands-on EDI experience within a SAP environment, with a focus on IDOC and X12.
• Strong experience in SAP EDI mapping, comparison, and testing.
• Solid knowledge of SAP systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools or methodologies.
