Senior SAP EWM Functional Consultant – S/4HANA

Our public sector client is looking for a Senior SAP EWM Functional Consultant to lead and deliver key components of a Warehouse Management transformation initiative.

Location: Remote (Canada-based)

Start Date: May 1, 2025

End Date: May 1, 2026

Work Type: Full-time contract (40 hrs/week)

Responsibilities:

• Lead design workshops and sprint sessions to capture requirements and define user stories for EWM.
• Configure and implement S/4HANA EWM functionalities such as:
• Handling Unit Management
• Stock Transfer
• EWM Physical Inventory
• EWM Inbound Deliveries and Returns to Supplier
• Design and recommend SAP Best Practices tailored to the client's warehouse operations.
• Define and support EWM organizational structure and integration with Inventory Management (IM), Finance (FI), and other modules.
• Support inventory valuation scenarios including Split Valuation and Batch Management.
• Collaborate with technical teams for Custom Object design and ensure proper integration with the broader EWM landscape.
• Follow Hybrid Agile methodology and contribute to sprint planning, execution, and testing cycles.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in SAP EWM, with recent project experience on S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of EWM organizational structure, processes, and integration with IM, FI, and MRP planning (online/background).
• Experience with inventory valuation, split valuation, and batch management in a warehouse environment.
