Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant - S/4HANA Sales

Our public sector client is looking for a Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant to enhance and optimize the Sales and Distribution (SD) processes within an S/4HANA landscape. The consultant will play a key role in defining and implementing intercompany sales processes, pricing structures, and integration with sales planning and analytics tools using SAP Best Practices.

Location: Remote (Canada-based)

Start Date: May 1, 2025

End Date: May 1, 2026

Work Type: Full-time contract (40 hrs/week)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct design workshops and sprint sessions to gather and validate business requirements.
• Define user stories and translate them into functional specifications within a Hybrid Agile delivery framework.
• Configure and implement end-to-end Sales and Distribution (SD) processes in S/4HANA, including:
• Intercompany Sales and Billing
• Pricing, Quotations, and Sales Orders
• Back-order Processing and Drop-Ship Scenarios
• Credit/Debit Memo Handling
• Sales Contracts and Sale of Services
• Batch Management and related Analytical/Performance Monitoring Apps
• Recommend and implement SAP Best Practices across all sales-related business processes.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), including recent hands-on work in S/4HANA Sales.
• Proven experience with complex intercompany processes and intercompany billing in SAP.
• Strong understanding of SAP pricing, sales contracts, and order management.
• Familiarity with SAP sales planning and performance monitoring tools.
