Description
Our public sector client requires a Secret Reliability Cleared Senior Scrum Master to assist with the success and completion of the CIO's integrated action plan. The resource must have experience leading a team in an Agile environment:
- assist the various teams apply the scrum framework, focusing on delivering value in short sprint iterations
- develop the skills and mindset needed for digital transformation, such as customer-centricity, innovation, and experimentation
- Coach CIO teams in agile adoption and scrum approach.
- Act as a scrum of scrum and help coach scrum masters’ how to address removing impediments and/or obstacles that hinder their sprints’ work, resolve conflicts and/or issues that arise, and empower scrum masters’ and their respective teams to self-organize, become autonomous, and make decisions where warranted.
- setup the various scrum artefacts (backlog, Sprints, Kanban, Dashboards) using Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
Must Have:
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Government of Canada - Reliability clearance
- Agile Certified Practitioner
