Description
Our valued Public Sector Client is in need of a Senior Secret Cleared (10+ years) Service Manager to lead Service Standardization, Roadmap Development, and Partner Engagement Initiatives.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Manager to support various federal clients with their Network and Infrastructure Initiatives. This role will focus on Horizontal Initiatives aimed at standardizing services for public sector clients. The Service Manager will be responsible for collaborating with both internal teams and external Partner Engagements to help develop roadmaps and identify key service dependencies that must be addressed to successfully onboard clients to the department’s services.
Deliverables:
- Gather information from Service Lines and Service Delivery Managers when they receive requests to deploy new initiatives and ensure that the pre-requisite services are mapped out and planned to be implemented
- Identify horizontal activity requirements for service lines and develop a dependencies roadmap on services required to standardize
- Progress planning, reporting, tracking and development of new and ongoing projects for prototype services
- Liaison with various SSC teams from Service Lines to client facing Service Delivery Managers
- Utilize the service catalogue to establish a bible of the service dependencies and flow chart
- Preparation of management reports, briefs and presentations
- Assist with the oversight and management of risks and issues
Must Haves:
- Secret Federal Government Clearance
- Shared Services Canada experience
- Project Management skills
- Client Service Skills
