Our valued Public Sector clients are seeking a Senior Secret cleared UI/UX Consultant to support an enterprise level portal deployment.

Background:

Our valued Public Sector clients have been working to design a portal to connect users across all of the departments and protect against cyber threats. Our clients would like to bring in a UI/UX Consultant who can guide our clients through the growth and development of this project for what is a large-scale digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams which can include team leads, Developers, Managers, and Architects.
• Conduct a thorough walkthrough evaluating the usability of services and understand the users and their needs.
• Provide design concept and Journey map based on required features
• Based on the evidence gathered from research support the design plans and execution helping to support a smoot delivery
• Provide support to their design and development in providing insights with regards to the impact of the digital transformation
• Organize meetings and workshops to learn about current transformation needs.
• Lead the content design creating an inclusive environment by breaking verbiage down into terms that are easy for all to understand

Must Have's:

• 10+ years experience as a UI/UX Consultant specializing in User Experience
• Experience using Figma
• Experience with Material UI
• 5+ years experience leading content design championing inclusivity, accessibility (WCAG) and plain language
• Government of Canada Secret Clearance
