Our client is in need of a Senior Solution Architect with experience in Microsoft Fabric and Azure to design, document, and lead the platform's integration within the public sector.

This role focuses on platform integration rather than individual fabric components, ensuring seamless interaction between Azure cloud services, on-premise infrastructure, and other service providers. This project is managed by the Chief Data Office (CDO) team to further enable the Data management and Analytics platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture and platform integration strategy for Microsoft Fabric within an Azure cloud environment.
• Design and document architectural diagrams illustrating how the platform interacts with Azure and other environments (on-prem, external service providers).
• Define the required configurations, possible connections, and integration points within the existing Azure ecosystem.
• Provide guidance on GC project governance and governance artifacts.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical designs and articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, cloud operations, and SSC teams to ensure Fabric meets compliance, security, and operational requirements

Must Haves:

• Experience configuring and integrating Microsoft Fabric in an Azure environment
• 5+ years supporting data analytics in the Cloud
• Experiencing documenting and defending how architecture is going to interface with multiple stakeholder
• Secret clearance (Level II)
