Description
Our large midstream client is looking for a Senior Surface Land Analyst to lead and coordinate land acquisition and third-party programs for major energy projects (15541).
Must Haves:
- 6+ years of surface land experience, leading land negotiations and managing deliveries for third party brokers
- Experience with federal and provincial legislative and regulatory requirements for land, including experience with the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) and BC OGC.
- Experience with Pandell land systems is an asset.
- Experience identifying land requirements, assess risks, acquire land rights, and manage third-party programs.
